Boxercise
A fitness class to music, combining
traditional boxing moves and techniques without physical contact.

The
Boxersize class may include work with punch bags, pads and speedballs,
along with circuit training and skipping. A typical class usually last for about
1hour and 15 minutes
Boxercise focus is on upper body
conditioning, working the arms, abs, chest and shoulders. It may include some
lower body exercises in the kick boxing area. Exercises carried out are typically
used by boxers as they prepare for competition.
An excellent, fun way to shed those pounds, burn fat, tone muscles and improve
fitness levels.
Boxercise
provides a good full body workout and cardiovascular workout.
