Aspartame (C14H18N2O5 ) is a compound of three components. These components are methanol, aspartic acid and phenylalanine (the latter being free form amino acids).

Methanol (methyl alcohol or wood alcohol) is a colorless, poisonous, and flammable liquid. It is used for making formaldehyde, acetic acid, methyl t-butyl ether (a gasoline additive), paint strippers, carburetor cleaners for your car's engine, and chloromethanes, et al. This poison can be inhaled from vapors, absorbed through the skin, and ingested.

This is an incredible letter and you have said many things I have said for years. For instance, I truly believe no one should get elected in this country for anything unless they are willing to help remove this deadly chemical poison from the market. It comes under the Domestic Genocide Law, Title 18, Chapter 50A, Sec 1091-3

This law has no statute of limitations: Whoever, whether in time of peace or time of war, with specific intent to destroy, in whole or in substantial part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious groups as such --

(1) Kills members of that group
(2) Causes serious bodily injury to members of that group
(3) Causes the permanent impairment of the mental faculties of members of the group through
drugs, torture or similar techniques
(4) Subjects the group to conditions of life that are intended to cause the physical destruction of
the group in whole or in part
(5) Impose measures intended to prevent births within the groups..

Shall be punished as provided in subsection B (B says if death results: Death or life imprisonment and a fine of not more than $1,000,000).

All five rules have been smashed by the aspartame/NutraSweet industry. we, the population of the United States are the GROUP. The sellers of aspartame poisoned foods and drinks knew in advance the havoc it would wreck on our nation's health. That knowledge establishes intention. Test SC 18862, submitted for aspartame approval involved feeding aspartame to 7 infant monkeys. One died; 5 had grand mal seizures, an 86% casualty rate, nevertheless FDA approved the poison so is equably culpable with the manufacturers. More than 75% of all complaints on food additives are on aspartame which FDA tallied into a list of 10,000 complaints of 92 symptoms including death. You will note on the secret trade information on www.dorway.com in the last paragraph that Searle said they had to consider almost complete conversion of DKP (a brain tumor agent) and if they told the FDA they wouldn't get it approved. So they knew they were going to give the population brain tumors and they didn't care. The rest of the document submitted in Congress reads like psychomanipulation to get aspartame approved. It is hideous.

Aspartame is an endocrine disrupting drug, stimulates prolactin and causes infertility in the woman. A recent study in Japan wrote of infertility in the man. If a woman gets off aspartame and gets pregnant aspartame is an abortifacient and some tell of as many as 8 miscarriages. Aspartame is also a teratogen and causes birth defects and mental retardation. Fulfills rule five, destruction of our unborn and living children.

Note #3, mental impairment: Aspartame depletes serotonin from which victims suffer manic depression, hallucinations, paranoia, rage, suicidal tendencies, anxiety and panic. Surgeon General Satcher said 22% of the population now suffer mental problems. Aspartame is involved.

This law makes all producers and marketers of aspartame criminals. Will the Justice Department protect us or are they all waiting for jobs in the aspartame industry like Sam Skinner and William Conlon, who were appointed to prosecute Searle and then switched sides hiring on with the defense team?

I have filed a Citizens Petition with the FDA for ban based on the fact we have their government documents and they lie to the public. The law requires the FDA to answer this in 180 days. It will soon be 2 years and they refuse with the excuse: "We have competing priorities". Translation: "We are guilty as charged and therefore we cannot answer the petition for ban or we would have to recall aspartame. We can't do that because we are the handmaiden of the pharmaceutical and chemical industry and our loyalty is not to the public but to industry. We can get away with this because we are the FDA and historically are known for serving above the law."

There was a time the FDA were heroes. They refused to approve aspartame for 16 years even though the U.S. Prosecutors switched sides and the statute of limitations expired. Today they have rebirthed the toxin with Neotame which voids the statute of limitations with an informant. U.S. Attorneys can then be sent in. At the time of approval of aspartame Don Rumsfeld, now Secretary of Defense, was CEO of Searle. When the FDA refused to approve aspartame he said he would call in his markers and get it approved anyway. So he did not care whether it was safe or not or what it would do to the population. He was on President Reagan's transition team and the day after he took office he appointed an FDA Commissioner who would approve aspartame, Arthur Hull Hayes. Even then the FDA set up a Board of Inquiry of the finest scientists they had and said aspartame had not been proven safe and caused brain tumors and the petition for approval was revoked. Hayes over-ruled the Board of Inquiry and went to work for the PR Agency of the manufacturer and has refused to talk to the press ever since. He was paid $1000.00 a day.

Now let's discuss the group being destroyed called diabetics.

Diabetic specialist H. J. Roberts, M.D. says aspartame can precipitate diabetes, simulates and aggravates diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy, and destroys the optic nerve. It keeps blood sugar out of control and can cause diabetics to go into convulsions. It also interacts with insulin. All of this is in the medical text, and Dr. Roberts has many books and tapes on aspartame. It is my opinion this is why there is an epidemic of diabetes. The professional organizations like the American Diabetes Association are funded by the manufacturer and push the propaganda of the manufacturer. They also defend them. So what we have is those responsible to solve the problem are the problem.

The reason aspartame causes joint pain is it hardens the synovial fluids. This was proven on studies in South America by Searle. They used people in poor villages as guinea pigs and gave them things like brain tumors and seizures. The studies also showed aspartame destroys the brain and central nervous system. Headache is number one on the FDA list of 92 {aspartame poisoning} symptoms.
And yes, aspartame has an affect on the skin.

As to weight, aspartame is not a diet product. If you want to get fat NutraSweet is where it's at. Read the protest of the National Soft Drink Association on web, at the bottom and you'll see Dr. Wurtman's affidavit admitting aspartame makes you crave carbohydrates so you gain weight. The Trocho study shows the formaldehyde converted from the methanol or wood alcohol accumulates in the cells and damages DNA with most toxicity in the liver but substantial amounts in the brain, retina, adipose tissue (fat cells) and kidneys. So when you see somebody with heavy hips and thighs it may be an aspartame with all that formaldehyde in the fat cells. When the liver is this toxic it is even hard to lose weight. And when you damage DNA you're talking about survival of the human race.

Tinnitus or ringing in the ears is another big time symptom of aspartame. The components of aspartame and their multiple breakdown products is potentially toxic to the brain and inner ear. These organs are highly vulnerable to metabolic disturbances and neurotoxins because of their unique metabolic requirements. At the time Dr. Roberts wrote a position paper on aspartame and ear and equilibrium problems some years ago he said the American Tinnitus Association found the cause of tinnitus in 18,000 suffers was unknown in one-third.

As to your eyes, the wood alcohol or methanol converts to formaldehyde and formic acid in the retina and destroys the optic nerve. The late Dr. Morgan Raiford, an ophthalmologist and "the specialist in methanol toxicity in the US" said in one of his papers that if vision is in the "wet stage" it will improve when you get off this toxin. Depression and suicidal tendencies are triggered by depletion in serotonin.

As to lack of concentration, yes aspartame triggers this big time and memory loss is # 9 on the FDA list because its so prevalent. Your statements remind me of a victim who wrote for one of our Governors here in Georgia. He started using aspartame and not only could he not write anymore but his wife had to introduce him to his relatives. Aspartame is escalating Alzheimers and Dr. Roberts has also written Defense Against Alzheimers Disease.

About doctors, you are correct again, many don't have a clue about aspartame.
That's why the experts have written medical texts on the subject to educate them and the public.

Understand the reason doctors don't have a clue is because the manufacturers of aspartame (Searle sold to Monsanto and Monsanto sold to Ajinomoto, Childs in Boston, Merisant and Michael Dell's Investment Co ) as well as the FDA and professional organizations funded by the manufacturers lie to consumers and physicians tying their hands. How they can diagnose all these horrible diseases aspartame triggers if they don't know to correlate them with the toxin? Nor do they know that aspartame interacts with most drugs used to treat the problems it causes, as outlined in Dr. Roberts medical text. However, Dr. Roberts does write about a precedent set where a physician must be responsible to new research and findings. He can't simply ignore documentation given and allow patients to die. And that is what is going on now because many physicians are using the toxin themselves. It is the chronic methanol toxicity that affects the dopamine system of the brain and causes the addiction. Methanol is classified as a narcotic. And consider our children are using this deadly poison. Any doctor who doesn't listen when told and not willing to research the issue should be reported because he is going to bury a lot of his patients. In fact, what you can do is put an ad in your paper for all your doctor's patients to contact you. That might wake him up. And being a deputy sheriff I don't think you would have any qualms!

There are a lot of courageous physicians and scientists. We are the messengers who take their information to the public.

Many things you say I have said in similar words including "even giants can fall", and yes it will take some legal eagles. And yes, you were poisoned by your own country because the FDA doesn't have the courage or integrity to take aspartame off the market and have given their loyalty to the monsters who have caused what may become one of the largest plagues in world history.

As a retired deputy sheriff, you should also know how aspartame affects crime. And, I've heard Dr. Russell Blaylock and Dr. H. J. Roberts both say a lot of people in mental hospitals today are simply aspartame victims. One of the worst horrors aspartame causes is damage to the cardiac conduction system causing sudden death. It triggers an irregular heart rhythm and interacts with all cardiac medication. A body builder and athlete who played basketball four times a week drank 10 diet drinks a day and other aspartame products. When he died the police saw the methanol poisoning on the autopsy and thought his wife poisoned him even though she passed their lie detector test. And she was the one who called the police not knowing how he got methanol poisoning. Ever heard of a murderer calling the police to investigate the murder? Diane Fleming was sentenced to 50 years in prison in Troy, Virginia. And what do they use in prisons instead of sugar? Aspartame. In another case a man had an aspartame black out, and they are very common. His car went six blocks and killed 3 people and he served 5 years in prison. Consider fire fighters who give dopamine in the field. Aspartame changes the dopamine in the brain. Consider Aviation. Five pilots on American who were heavy users have died, one in flight drinking a diet drink. The other pilot had to land the plane. Aviation is no longer safe.

Because of the obesity issue some want the pop machines out of school, although they think its sugar instead of the real cause, pop sweetened with aspartame. So now American Water Star wants to fill the schools with water flavored with aspartame.

Dr. Baret in the Dominican Republic decided to change the diet of 360 children from milk to aspartame juice. Almost all the children became restless, losing their concentration, showing anxiety, etc. Because it was all of them Dr. Baret knew it had to be the addition of aspartame. When he removed the aspartame laced juice all the children were back to normal in 4 days.

Aspartame also reduces IQ and triggers such things as ADD, ADHD, Turettes, autism, etc. A study in Norway a few years ago showed that aspartame destroys the brain, especially in the area of learning.

Would you believe they are trying to get a bill passed so you can't sue food manufacturers over obesity? Perhaps the thieves would like to get legislation passed that would prevent thieves from being prosecuted for thief. Makes about as much sense!

They are going to publish a 24 page booklet people can give out next week on aspartame, The Artificially Sweetened Times. It will sell for probably $35.00 for about 100 of them postpaid. Also a movie has been made about aspartame which also has Diane Fleming in it, Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World. The producer who used a lot of aspartame also gained a lot of weight and then was diagnosed with MS at the Mayo Clinic and was in a wheelchair. The lesion was the largest ever diagnosed at Mayo in an MS victim. Cori like you got on www.dorway.com and got off aspartame and walked out of her wheelchair. The lesion has now all but disappeared off this toxin. She made this movie to get the world out. MS is epidemic because of aspartame disease which mimics it.

And you can write Letters to the Editor, give your testimony by radio and even cut and paste it to web pages having to do with diabetes. I would also put it on the diabetic newsgroup. Keep in mind its one of the most hostile on the Internet with people from the manufacturer, the dietitians who are their media flacks, those from front groups, etc. But as a retired deputy sheriff I think you can handle yourself very well. There are many things you can do to help. Also fill out the Medwatch form to the FDA which you can click on to from Dorway. It will put it on the record even though the FDA ignores anything that has to do with aspartame.

As a diabetic you can use Stevia which is an herb used in Brazil for thousands of years as a sweetener , especially diabetics because it is known to help in the metabolism of sugar. It's so healthful it was outlawed in Europe, so aspartame could be pushed. I lectured in England and was actually locked up in immigration for 3 1/2 hours with questions like: "If we let you in England how many people will find out about the dangers of aspartame?" The aspartame industry can really be annoying at times. Be sure to read my letter to Ajinomoto. I also gave all the damning government documents and medical reports to the European Union who left them out of their report, also showing their loyalty to industry.

I started using Cortisone 10 cremes and if I used that at least every other day the condition could be controlled and if not, the sores were very raw and bloody and boy did it burn. I continued to use the cortisone until recently. Also, about that time, I developed a thick scaling in the scalp and around the ears that I thought might just be exzema or worse and I used head and shoulders shampoo but it didnt control it. My lower legs and feet were swelling and I could no longer wear my favorite cow boy boots and most of the time I had to wear soft slippers.

Traveling became almost impossible. Besides all of these problems I had frequent urination problems and rarely got more than two hours of sleep at a time. I was becoming more and more irritable around my wife. My Doctor during this period of time was totally exasperated with me as I couldnt control my blood sugar levels and I continued to gain weight and by this time I was up to 320 pounds.

About a year ago, my Doctor put my(sic) on insulin in an effort to control the blood sugar levels. He started me out on low doses at first but with 3 months I was up to using 65 units of 70/30 humilin in the AM and 60 units in the PM. Sometimes I would test in the morning and I would be 105 and sometimes I would be 205. I was not eating very much at all but I could never convince him of that.

By this time I was developing so many physical problems that I couldnt keep track of them all. In the morning for the first few minutes my vision was blurry as if I had a film coating over my eyes but then it would gradually disappear. I started having ringing or hissing in my ears that wouldn't go away. Every morning, I would run hot water over my hands so that I could close them. My knuckes were swollen and again I blamed it on arthuritis(sic). I blamed every thing on my age and diabetes. If I got down on my hands and knees to do something I was unable to get back up without crawling over to the wall or some furniture.

One day, as I was driving my 84 year old mother to her dialysis appointment I began questioning her about any illnesses I might of had while growing up. "I never took you boys to the Doctor while you were growing up other than for broken bones." My brothers and I were very active living in the country. Our diet in those days was meat, potatos, fresh vegetables, fruit and home made bread and fresh milk.

My Mother then said, "you worse off than me" to which I replied "He doesnt know what all is wrong with me as all my blood tests are O.K. and everything, Im at my wits end. I was getting real depressed and even contimplated ending it all. My whole life, I had been very healthy and real strong and now I was as weak as could be. I then started reading books and surfing the internet. After a few weeks I found "Dorway".

Long story short, I cleaned out my pantry and kitchen of all the sugar free Jello, pudding, No sugar added IceCream, sugar free cookies and Diet Drinks that contained aspertame. Within 3 days I noticed some improvement. Within 2 weeks I felt like a thirty year old again. I could drop down and do about 5 push ups and wanted to go walking around the farm. My knees completely cleared up and the head aches went away. With the help of using Aloe Vera Gel in my scalp and in my shower soap my skin condition cleared up 90 percent. I have not had one bit of under arm and groin rash since I quit using aspartame products.

Did I mention that I also had been writing a book on my computer but I was unable to concentrate on spelling even the most simple of words until I got off that darn poison. I'm back to writting again. I'm now starting up in my metal shop which I stopped doing nine months ago.

Now here's the good part. I went in to see my Doctor about six weeks ago about a cyst on my inner thigh that may or may not be related to Aspartame use. Anyway he had already given up on me regarding my Diabetes condition and scheduled me to see a Diabetic Specialist for the 17th of this month. I had gain 18 pounds on the last visit with him and my blood sugar levels were still out of control.

He asked me in general conversation, "well how you been doing". I said "Great, never been better"

By the way Doctor do you still use sugar free food and drinks? Sure, I drink diet pepsi, to which I replied, "Well, Doc, you might consider giving them up. You see, Doc, I've had Aspartame toxins in me since you first advised me to use them three years ago. Besides feeling great now, my blood sugar levels have come down to about 95 in the morning and about 110 in the PM and besides did you notice what my weight is today compared to three weeks ago?" He checked his Nurses notes and said your down considerably. about 20 pounds. I replied, "Yeah, and I dont even crave anything sweet any more. "Hmm, very interesting, let me know how your improving."
He didn't have a clue about aspartame. I then took the new prescription and went to my trusted Pharmacist who didnt have a clue about the effects of Aspartame either.

Then it hit me, the medical profession doesnt have a clue about food additives not even Aspartame. By the way, I also told my Doctor that probably a third of his patients probably have Aspartame poisoning and he never knew it. To that, he didnt have a response.

I'm now reading every thing I can get my hands on regarding Aspartame. I've gotten three Diabetic friends off any thing sugar free or diet.

If you dont remember the sixties very well there was a saying back then. "Power to the People".

If I had my way there wouldnt be a congressman or Senator serving one more term unless he got on the band wagon and helped all of us victims of this terrrible injustice. We need to get literature out just before election time so any one would know how to vote responsibly. This is the only way we can get enough people educated. "I'M WONDERING, WHAT MORE CAN I DO". Should I mail all my sugar free drinks back to where they came from? No body and I mean nobody is so big and powerful that they cant be crippled legally. Forget your scientists and their truth ful results as that hasnt worked and never will. Hit em where it hurts. You have to ask your self one more question. If the movement to educated people like me is having any success then how come this ol' cowboy had to go through three years of living hell before I accidently "stumbled" across all the good word that you are putting out.

I'm not going to apologize for the length of this e-mail because it all had to be said. I'm just an average guy who fought for his country and did everything asked of me only to be poisoned by my own country the good ol' U.S. of A.
